Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Purchase made on Mitchell & Ness HK Official Online Store may be returned by the customer, within 7 days from shipping date, if merchandise you received are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that: 

All items must be kept tags are intact and are unworn, unused with the original brand packaging.

Mitchell & Ness HK will not accept returns if:

• The item has obviously been worn
• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
• Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
• Alterations or modifications of any kind
• Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
• Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged

Please contact our Care team beforehand for the arrangement, after that, we will inform the process for the product refund or exchange. 

 

Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7-days of purchase. Guarantees only replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee an exact replacement of the same limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock item.

 

In case of any dispute, Multi Fame Limited reserves the right of final decision.
